We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

To be eligible for a refund:
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging Provide unboxing video or photo proof for damage/defect claims. Once your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
