1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@vangull.in or WhatsApp us at +91 99539 98055.
After Shipping:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our return/refund policy after receiving the item.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
The product is not as described or does not match the website listing
To be eligible for a refund:
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging Provide unboxing video or photo proof for damage/defect claims. Once your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Size or color mismatch due to customer mistake (please refer to the size chart carefully) Change of mind after receiving the product
Customized or made-to-order products
Products returned without proper packaging or after usage

5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get another size or product, please follow the return process and place a new order after the refund is processed.
